HEAVEN

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." (Genesis 1:1) Heaven is commonly considered the place where God, Jesus and the holy angels reside. The Scriptures speak of Jehovah residing in the Northern reaches of the heavens. "Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the North, the city of the great King." (Psalm 48:2) Science has concluded that, while the planets of our solar system revolve around our sun, there is a far mightier center around which countless millions of suns revolve, seemingly associated with the Pleiades. It is presumed by many students of the Bible that the Pleiades is the residence of Jehovah. (Job 38:31)

Many people of faith presume that they will enter heaven one day. Others, because of the tragic events so prevalent in our day, seek answers about life, death and the hereafter. “What is to become of me after I die?" "Is death the end?” “Will I go to heaven?" "Will I go to hell because I’ve backslid?” “What happens to the billions who have never heard of Christ?” God has certainly promised a better day, and the Scriptures provide abundant answers to these questions. Understanding the nature of man and the distinctly separate nature of spirit beings is key to understanding this subject of heaven.
